"Understaffed, staff overwhelmed and defeated.
No/poor process control in
evidence. LONG wait times. Order-taker didn't
know menu, 2 of 2 orders wrong. Dirty trays
everywhere, food prep station visibly messy.
No leadership in evidence. "
