"I don't eat there very often, because
their service is slow and unfriendly
and my order is hardly ever right.
Their staff doesn't care and food is
usually not fresh or correct. The last
time they couldn't even give me a
receipt for my order. NEVER A GOOD SIGN"

"I've never had a problem with the food,
but the customer service is never
especially good. Usually when
I'm waiting to be served, the employees
are walking around doing random things
and acting like they don't see
me. When I'm finally attended to,
their attitude is less than nice."
