"Missing Items from my order - called
to get refund, but when called a
person who didn't speak English
answered the phone, and then was on
hold for 40 mins. So I hang up call
back and someone picks up the phone
and I say: Is this the manager? and
she hangs up. All I wanted was a
refu"
