"I have to say this to the worst fast
food service I have ever seen! EVERY
TIME I go to the Taco Bell/KFC in
Jackson, Ga, I wait for at LEAST 20
minutes in the DRIVE THRU, the employees
are rude, inconsiderate and don't know
anything about what they are trying to
sell and my order isn't righ"

"The kitchen supervisor was rude and
loud, shouted several times that no
meat was available for 10 minutes. We
waited, and the taco salad had no
pastry shell, was served on a plastic
tray, the extra sour cream ordered and
paid for was not put on the salad, and
the place was dirty."
